Our teams participate in critical training programs that ensure our health and safety culture awareness remains at the forefront of our operations. This includes the promotion of a range of safety initiatives to drive better safety performance, such as our Life Saving Rules, Fatal Hazard Protocols, and independent compliance and effectiveness audits.

We have also implemented health and wellness initiatives to provide ongoing support to our workforce, including financial incentive programs, subsidised local area housing for the contractor workforce and a paid parental leave scheme for all Stanmore employees.

Our Employee Assistance Program is also provided to Stanmore employees by industry-experienced provider Gryphon Psychology, as well as a corresponding service for contractors.
